This document outlines all platforms, assets, content, and systems managed by Melleka Marketing, what is being transferred to Global Staffing Partners, and any actions required after offboarding. Everything is organized into three sections for clarity.

What Will Change After Offboarding
Services and systems that will no longer be managed by Melleka Marketing
Advertising
Melleka Marketing will no longer manage or optimize Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
The live Looker Studio reporting dashboard was created and maintained by Melleka Marketing. Dashboard access will be removed after offboarding.
CRM & Automations
The Melleka App (GoHighLevel CRM) will no longer be available for ongoing CRM management.
Automatic lead nurturing sequences will stop.
Google Sheets & Lead Tracking
Zapier automations running through Melleka Marketing will be disabled.
New Meta leads and career applicants will no longer automatically populate the Google Sheets.
Website
Melleka Marketing will no longer perform website updates, maintenance, or support.
Social Media
Content creation, publishing, scheduling, community management, and advertising support will stop.
Email Marketing
Automated email campaigns will stop once the Melleka CRM is disconnected.
AI & Automation
The Conversation AI Bot will be disabled.

Client Action Required
Steps Global Staffing Partners should take after offboarding
Manage all Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns moving forward.
Manage all Google Ads campaigns moving forward.
Remove Melleka Marketing user access from both advertising accounts if desired.
Create a new reporting dashboard to replace the Melleka Live Dashboard.
Connect your own data sources if you wish to continue live reporting.
Set up your own CRM platform for contact management and communications.
Import the provided GoHighLevel workflows, including emails, SMS templates, and automations, into your CRM.
Rebuild or configure all email and SMS automations within your new CRM.
Continue managing Calendly independently.
Create and maintain your own Zapier account for lead integrations.
Rebuild Zapier automations so Meta leads continue populating your Google Sheets.
Manage and maintain your website, including future updates and support.
Confirm all administrator accounts belong to Global Staffing Partners.
Continue posting and managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content.
Manage community engagement and social media messaging.
Import email templates into your own email or CRM platform and recreate automation sequences.
Build and configure your own AI assistant if you wish to continue using conversational AI.
Continue development of the Social Comment AI Bot independently if desired.
Store and organize all creative assets, templates, and marketing materials provided during the handoff.
